We are curious, what is the most common type of dog in your location?   We know that in California the most common dog is a Chihuahua, but lets branch away from that.  Please share below a photo of your pet, its name and the dog you think is most popular in your area.  Please cite your reason why as well.

The reason we ask is because many shelters have a list of animals that people are looking to get, and these animals aren’t in the shelter.  What if we filled all of these requests and got these pets to all these people requesting animals from an animal shelter?
